Excellent cheap hotel, comfortable rooms in a good location. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff is friendly.

Only let down is the receptionists speak very little English so organising an extra night or asking about tours was a bit tricky but it worked out in the end!

It is an absolutely great and exceptionally friendly property located in Central Pattaya district very close to the big mall in Pattay and Patong beach, Thailand for three years now and Pattaya. The hotel staff is well-mannered and cooperative. The venue offers neat and cool rooms with TV as well as a balcony. The restaurant serves appetising Thai food. No complaints, a real good experience, would like to go back there again.

Comfy room with a few bugs here and there, but nothing major. You'll find handy amenities like a safe, a small fridge, and a work desk. Great spot in the middle of everything, perfect for exploring around. 🏨

One of the female waitresses was very rude, abrupt and unpleasant - as a result of this I purposely did not buy any meals or drinks at this location - pity, as the feedback from my friends was very good

Bad smell, Not clean rooms, small rooms, Bad air condition .. When I asked to change my room because of the air-condition they refused! So I made a big fuss & they upgraded my room, I paid 100bht difference !

The units at 18 Coins Budget Hotel are a nice size and cool, featuring a safe box and fresh bedding. the staff at the hotel were efficient. - the location is magnificent, just a short walk away from a shopping mall.

the bed was comfy and the room spotlessly clean & cool. the setting was quite good within easy reach of a shopping mall.

The hotel is a little far from the seaside and it is a little hard to find the hotel. Tutu driver don't know where it is...

For backpackers is this luxury. Nice clean room with clean sheets and a nice bed. Airco and locker in the room, as wel as drinks. The bathroom was hot water served and clean.

Staff is not always clear, beware of scams of internet using (ask how much for how long, and not just how much).

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place and the outstandingly accommodating staff. the upgraded superior room was perfectly clean and equipped with a safe, minibar, and work desk. My 3-night stay was very good.
